SECTION 1 - ORDER PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and major holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
You will receive another notification via email containing your tracking details once your order has officially shipped from our fulfillment center.

SECTION 2 - SHIPPING RATES & ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES

We offer shipping to the United States and select international destinations. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed dynamically at checkout.
Domestic Shipping (United States): Estimated delivery time is 7 to 15 business days after processing is completed.
International Shipping: Estimated delivery time varies by country, generally taking 10 to 20 business days.
Please note: Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery windows may vary due to carrier delays, customs clearance, or high-volume peak seasons.

SECTION 3 - TRACKING YOUR ORDER

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a unique tracking number and a link to monitor its progress. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update and become active in the carrier's system.
If you have not received your tracking number or if your package hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery windows, please reach out to our support team with your order number.

SECTION 4 - CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES

NOT JUST SNOW is not responsible for any customs clearance fees, import duties, or local taxes applied to your order upon entering the destination country. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

SECTION 5 - INCORRECT ADDRESSES & UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address entered at checkout is accurate, complete, and up to date. We are not liable if a package is lost or returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, additional shipping fees may apply to reship the package.

SECTION 6 - DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGES IN TRANSIT

If your order arrives damaged, or if it is confirmed lost by the shipping carrier, please contact our support team immediately at our email address below. Please take clear photos of any damaged packaging or items and include them in your email so we can file a claim and arrange a replacement or refund for you promptly.
